WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DO YOU SERVICE?

Although we specialize in birthday parties we are down to add our soft playgrounds to any event! 🎉


Birthdays/milestones.  Baby showers.  Gender reveals.  Weddings.  BBQs.  Holiday parties.  Mom groups.  Pop ups.  Corporate events.  Play dates.  Park events.  Reunions.  Block parties.  Community/School events.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?

Dates book up well in advance (we recommend you book at least 3 months in advance), but cancellations are possible, so it's always worth reaching out to see what we have available. That being said, earlier is always better!

WHAT AREAS DO YOU DELIVER TO & IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE? 

We currently deliver within 50 miles radius of Bristol,PA. Delivery is free if the event is within 15 miles of Bristol, PA. Any event further will receive a custom price tailored to the event location. 

DO YOU SET UP ALL RENTALS?

Ofcourse! Set up and pick up is included in your total price. Renters are responsible for clearing all areas needed to set up the play area & add-on’s prior to our arrival. 

WHAT IS YOUR CLEANING PROCESS?

All rental equipment including our ball pit balls are throughly sanitized and disinfected before each event! We use a non toxic solution which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, and germs. 

CAN YOU SET UP ALL ITSY BITSY PLAYGROUNDS OUTDOORS?

Absolutely! As long as the weather permits. We do require you keep all Itsy Bitsy Playgrounds in a shaded area where the equipment won’t get too hot for your little ones. 
Keep in mind when booking we will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing. 
Concrete, grass, or floor is recommended. 

CAN YOU STILL SET UP OUTSIDE IF RAIN IS IN THE FORECAST THE DAY OF MY EVENT? 


Unfortunately we can not, as our playground will become slippery & unsafe in the rain. There are two options when rain is imminent.
1st option- Have your rental set up indoors. We can set up in a garage, living room, play room, etc.
2nd option - Reschedule your event. Bookings can be rescheduled (based on availability) without paying a fee if the weather prevents us from safely being able to set up & utilized the playground. 

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

At the time of booking a $100 refundable deposit will be required to secure your requested date. In addition the deposit is held to ensure our equipment is returned with no damage. 

If all equipment is returned with no damage, your deposit will be sent back to you within 24 hours of your event. 

HOW CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY RENTALS? 

All changes and cancellations need to be submitted via email to itsybitsyplayllc@yahoo.com
You’ll have up to 30 days from your scheduled event to cancel for a full refund. After that date, your deposit is non-refundable.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We currently accept all our payments through PayPal.
